Fueled by over a decade of entrepreneurial drive in safety, risk management, and organizational leadership, Scot leads STC Safety & Risk Management as CEO—a dynamic, fast-scaling consulting firm he founded in 2011. Throughout his career, he has built and implemented safety and risk management programs that exceed industry benchmarks by
integrating ISO and ANSI standards—seamlessly aligning workplace safety with business objectives to help clients scale responsibly while safeguarding their people. A Certified Safety and Health Official (CSHO), Scot consistently champions his guiding principle to “do the right thing” across every initiative. He calls McKinney, Texas home, where he and his wife, Barbara, stay busy raising a modern-day “Brady Bunch” of six children.

With two decades of experience in construction, manufacturing, and safety, Daniel drives STC’s growth as Vice President, delivering solutions that protect clients’ people, brand, and profit. From his early days as a Field Safety Manager to serving as VP of Operations, and later as VP of Business Development, he has remained an advocate for building safety-first cultures that safeguard businesses. Armed with a Bachelor of Science in Occupational Safety & Health and a minor in Organizational Management & Leadership, Daniel empowers others with a “be strong and courageous without hesitation” mindset—an approach inspired by the Hebrew war cry Rak Chazak in the book of Joshua. Outside the office, he treasures time with his wife and three kids, proving that life at home is just as fast-paced and rewarding as driving growth.

Fueled by a passion for culture, people development & leadership, Barbara serves as STC’s Vice President of Culture & Marketing. Leveraging her extensive background in Corporate Health & Wellness, she champions new ideas, nurtures talent, and is dedicated to making STC the best place to work. Barbara holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing & Management from the University of Nebraska and is also a Dr. Daniel Amen–trained Certified Brain Health Coach. Outside the office, she adores her husband Scot and six kids, guided by the motto “not my practice life” as a reminder to embrace every moment.

With over 32 years of leadership experience, Corey brings a values-driven approach to building high-performing organizations, developing leaders, and driving operational excellence. His background spans hospitality, healthcare, education, technology, and construction, where he has led growth, sales, and strategic execution. As Chief Operating Officer of STC Safety & Risk Management, he aligns people, processes, and performance to support the company’s mission of ending workplace serious injuries and fatalities. His focus is transforming strategic vision into operational excellence by developing leaders, strengthening accountability, and building the systems needed for STC’s next stage of growth. Committed to servant leadership, Corey has been married to his wife, Rebecca, for over 26 years and is a proud father of three.

With nearly a decade of experience in safety consulting and managed services, Alan leads STC’s Managed Services division, delivering solutions that help clients protect their people, strengthen their culture, and achieve operational excellence. He is known for his expertise in safety management systems and client-focused service, while remaining committed to helping organizations create safer, more resilient workplaces. Armed with an MBA from the University of North Texas, Alan combines strategic leadership with practical problem-solving to help clients navigate challenges and drive continuous improvement. Outside the office, he enjoys coaching youth soccer, where he instills the values of teamwork, discipline, and perseverance, while investing in the growth and development of the next generation with his children and wife.
